FORMWORK & SCAFFOLDING SYSTEMS

Panels are 150 cm wide and 110-150-180-200 cm high. Vertical pipes in panels are produced from 60 * 3 mm-60 * 4 mm, horizontal pipes 48 * 2.5 mm, cross connection and diagonal connections are 34 * 2.5 mm TSE certified standard pipes subjected to mechanical tests. Automatic gas welding machines are used in our production. The system has 2 layers of rapid paint. It can also be coated with galvanize upon request.

The circular column consists of two half wings. These two half wings are mounted together with special connection elements. Our easily installed circular column systems are ready for concrete casting. It is also compatible with our aluminum panel systems, and this compatibility allows the user to cast oval columns.

Lower adjustment shafts are used to level the ground. The scaffold is fixed to the building with fasteners (support apparatus). The scaffolds are manufactured from standard pipes 48 * 3 mm, horizontal connections 34 * 2.5 mm and cross connections 42 * 2.5 mm TSE certified, subjected to mechanical tests. Automatic gas welding machines are used in our production. Panel and fasteners are painted. It can be galvanized if requested. Walking platforms are two layers of rapid paint.

It is easily set up with two people. It consists of dashboard, cross link and work platform. Access to the work area is provided by an in-pier ladder or a mezzanine ladder (deck ladder) Panels are produced from 38 * 2 mm up to 8 meters working height, 42 * 2.5 mm at higher heights and 27 * 2.5 mm TSE certified standard pipes subjected to mechanical tests. Automatic gas welding machines are used in our production. The system is rapid painted in 2 layers, it can also be coated with galvanize upon request.

It is used as a carrier scaffolding under the floor and beam. It can be used in 3 different ways such as table formwork scaffold, cargo scaffold and ladder tower. Bottom adjustment shafts are used to level the floor, and "4-way" or "U" headed upper adjustment shafts are used to level the floor and beam bottom. The system consists of 3 main elements: H20 beams, plywood and steel belt.

It is formed by mounting H-20 timber beams in plywood and connected with steel belts with high tensile and tensile strength. It is a system that is carried by a crane and has a high circulation rate. Column and curtain formwork can be made by changing the places of steel belts and wooden beams of different sizes. In concrete molds made with steel belts and wooden beams, 50 kN \ m² concrete load is calculated for the curtain and 90 kN \ m² for the column.
